Embedding in concrete blocks (Level -0.400)
The realization of the foundations of your building is an essential step to take into account. Indeed, during construction, your foundations and/or your concrete slab must be sized to receive the load of the building. To do this, our team will send you (or your dedicated masonry team) the load descent document. Thanks to this document and to the study of the ground that you will have carried out, you will be able to install your metal building on an appropriate concrete base On our standard range of buildings* the foot of the posts must be embedded in 40cm of concrete .
The advantages of embedding :
- Foundations are easy to build, even without prior training and for non-experts.
- The embedding allows you, by playing slightly on the heights, to "catch up" the possible errors of level
- The hot-dip galvanization of the embedded post guarantees a stable and durable foundation thanks to the anti-corrosive nature of the galvanization, which prevents the chemical burning of the concrete over time.
Articulated buildings on level 0 :
For industrial buildings or on certain non-standard buildings (depending on the feedback from our internal design office), it will be necessary to carry out a pre-sealing.
All our buildings are not necessarily to be embedded in a pavement. We can also propose you a building in said articulated (installation on level 0) :
- If you have an existing slab
- Or for any other constraint linked to your implantation area. For example, our Galvawind range, adapted to windy areas, is calculated to be installed in articulated installation.
