In 2020, our client ordered 3 buildings of 865m² (20,60x42x6m). Equipped with sandwich panels (insulated sheet metal) of 60mm thickness and tropicalized closures, his industrial buildings allows him to benefit from an optimal insulation and waterproofing, in this tropical region.
Needing practical and ergonomic spaces to facilitate the entry and exit of goods inside his buildings, Mr. Bellemare opted for several openings adapted to his activity. He thus has, per building: 2 metal curtains, 1 double door, 1 window, as well as a ventilation grid.
Finally, wishing to optimize the usable surface of his building, our customer opted for 1 mezzanine of 6x6m per building, with a collaborative tray in 75/100th sheet metal.
